I had the 255 cams and Rineharts installed in my Ultra for a while, good power. You are right about the warranty it will be void; only on the engine with the cams and Rineharts its considered a performance engine. Ask your dealer they will tell you if you bring it here we will take care of it, and they will. The down side to this is what if it breaks down on a trip and you have to use another dealer?
