Default anti lock brakes
I have 2008 FLHTC WITH ANTI LOCK BRAKES.
I HAVE HAD THEM ACTIVATE WHAT I CONSIDER TO BE PREMATURELY.
IS THERE A SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT?

Welcome to the forum. The 09 antilock brakes have been issued an update, (I had it done on my 10,000 mile service) but I do not know if it applies to the 08's. Check with your dealer.

Based on the ansewr given by dklanecky it might be prudent to get your dealet to take a look at this issue during your 1000 mile service.

Welcome to the forum from Indy. I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do. I have them and hoped that I would never need them. I was following a car that was following a bright red metric that was turning left. Instead of accelerating back to 55 the car in front of me was still admiring the bike and I was on the gas. I had to hit the brakes and the ABS activated. I was very gald I had them. Getting into areas with fallen leaves makes the pavment slick.
