looking to buy either soft tail heritage deluxe or touring bike??? any thoughts on which is best

It's all about you. Maybe rent each and see what you like best. I love the touring bikes, but that's just me.

Welcome to the forum from Central New York!! It depends on how you are going to ride. If you are taking your lady for long rides, she would surly appreciate the comfort of a touring bike. If your alone most of the time, a softtail is an excellent choice. Just my 2 cents.
