New dyna owner here!
Hey everyone, new member here and a new Harley owner as well! Well, actually I'm picking up new bike on Tuesday, but I've been lurking here for a few days now doing some research. This place is great, tons of knowledge and a great atmosphere! Anyhow' down to the nitty gritty, the bike is a 2005 dyna super glide custom, as of now bone stock, but I've got some new risers, a drag bar, and some v/h shortshots on the way! I've got so many ideas for the bike, and I've gotten more since I've been checking out the forums!
I'm also a new rider, I've ridden dirt bikes for some years, and I've been around the block on some other peoples bikes, but I'm still very much a rookie! I'm from Ojai, CA, so traditionally I should have been born with a Harley, haha, but this is the first time that buying one became realistic. I just recently got back from a deployment to Afghanistan, so I got myself two gifts, a new Kimber 1911 .45, and a Dyna! Anyhow, I'm looking forward to spending some quality time on this site, and hopefully meeting some of you out on the road!
