It takes me until Im 44 to get a Harley, then it spends all its time in the garage . I bought it new, and it still has less than a grand on it. AHHHHH!!
Looking to come down south this summer and spend a couple weeks. Ideas??
welcome to the forum, sounds like the story of the bike i bought about a month and a half ago , its an 05 and only had 1300 miles on it. im up to 3700 now
I'm not certain why you havent been riding more, but if it's because of lousy weather I can emphathise. The last couple of summers here have been the worst weather I can ever remember with torrential rain almost every day and serious flooding in some areas. It's looking more promising this year and I'm riding as often as I can.
If its not the weather I would just say get out and ride and enjoy yourself.
Obviously, being across the pond, I'm not in a position to advise about good places for you to head for better riding over there. However, there is an area of the forum where people can post details of rides, rallies and events. I've included the link to it below. If you take a look around it's possible you might find an event which you could base your summer trip around and possibly meet some like minded people.
