hay yalls, im new figured id come in and tell yalls about me a bit. im 22, lookin at an 03 road glide. im currently in the marine corps stationed at mcas mirimar. im a helo mechanic. im married, have one son. i love cars and bikes. grew up on em really. my dad had an 81 bmw r 100 rs. he died and left it to me... but i cant stand the thought of riding that thing every day and risking laying it down in sandiego traffic. so i bought a vrscr, and it just wasnt what i wanted. rode it for about a year and a half then sold it. looking for something bigger, something i can take the wife out on and just go... anywhere. so this bike is exactly what im lookin for. and hell who can complain about the stance and lines of that bike.... mmmmmm gorgeous!!! any way.. thats me.
i do have a few questions though while im thinking about it if anyone could point me in the right direction.
really the only things that im looking to do with the bike is change up the audio.
wheres a good place to start with this. i looked at hogtunes and they mostly want to sell me something from sony. and in my past experience sony doesnt hold up to much of anything.
ive also been told both ways,,, go with a marine stereo,,, and dont go with a marine stereo. i see the benafit in it. but dont know what im lookin for.
that being said. im also curious about what kind of head unit i should be looking at.. will any normal autimotive head unit work?
so anyway ill leave it at that for now... thanks guys and hope to see yall around!!

Thanks y'all. I apreciate it.... and im sure ill track down the answers that im after... im not too terrably worried about it I mean I dont even have the bike yet. But by god it'll be soon lol...
