Just got back into the harley scene after several metrics. Bought a 06 Electra clasic and have a question for all you experts out there..... My bike, being FI doestn't have the thump that my old choppers used to have . What can you do if anything to get todays bikes to have that good ole Harley thump? Especially at idle.
The twin cams ain't gonna give U the Potato sound of the older motors..
If U idle them down below 950 U'll oil pressure won't be enough.
Cams will help a little,, but it still won't sound like a Pan, Shovel, Evo.
I'd suggest u buy an Evo or older bike....
