Just joined and thought I'd say Hi. I have been riding for 30+ years, and have been roadracing (again) for the last 3 years. Had a 1999 Softail Standard that I sold a few years ago, needed the cash for some recreational property on a lake up north. Decided it was time for another Harley and ironically bought a 1999 FXSTC at an insurance auction last week with 16272km (10110 miles) on the clock. It has a few dings in the tank and front fender and a few chips on the rear fender. I am hoping to get the dings out of the tank with a paintless dent removal shop and have a fender painted to match. Also needs grips and a front brake lever. It has been customized with chrome swingarm, chrome fork lowers, chrome calipers, floating rotors, factory custom Thunderstar wheels with chrome pulley, chrome switchgear, custom breather and Hooker pipes. Also has factory custom paint set number 13/100 in candy blue/silver/black. I had bought it only from some pictures and I was pleasantly surprised to find a Mikuni HSR carb and Edelbrock heads. It runs great, I can't wait to clean her up and be back on a Harley.
