Noob Stopping In
My main problem is i know nothing of harley's and what can be done with them. I know how to ride as i have owned a couple pos bikes from a Suzuki Tempter to a Jap bike for craziness. but since im feeling like i want the lay back feel now with POWER. im looking to the Harely.
So fair warning i will probably be asking alot of questions that new to the Harely scene will ask. but please bare with me "and thats a different meaning for the ladies too"
Let me start by saying i want a bike i can sit back and kick my feet up on the pegs. now after looking at alot of bikes online and only stopping in the Harley shop a couple times. I LOVE the softail bikes and the Dyno. this is the thing and here is where my first idiot question comes...
1:Can a person custom make a Dyno bike softail and if so would it be cheaper to just buy a softail bike?
2: Can Harely's be customized to almost any feature i would like from handle bars to foot pegs with extensions for stretching out my legs for the long ride?
I'm gonna try and upload a pic of a bike that is what im looking for as a starting look. but im not sure it will work since im new here so ill keep stoppingback till i get it up. but this is the kinda look i am going for ecept for the handlebars i would like those T shaped ones and if i can softail. i really dont liek the shocks look.
Please feel free to give any opinions and suggestions or ideas i dont plan to buy or start for atleast 6 months.

without shocks looks nicer to me
My biggest frustration right now is trying to figure out what kinda bike i want. i like the Dyno's but i'm guessing they dont come in softail and the only way to get softail is to purchase a softail bike. is that correct? can someone tell me what the benifits of having softail over shocks is? is it just the cool looking factor or is there soemthing else to it like the feel?
cause the 2011 DYNO Wide Glide looks badazz to me but the shocks still stand out to me.
