Hello from California. I put money down on a new 06 Softail yesterday! My first Harley and I'm WAY excited!
I have ridden a little of everything except a Harley, and have always wanted one. Even an old BSA that I put struts on, overstock front end, pullbacks, peanut tank, had a 16 laced up to my hub, king & queen seat, HA..i was styling, BUT...it wasn't a Harley!! Price was my barrier. Now our daughter is in college, the house got remodeled, and my wife said NO new car...buy a Harley! I said, "yes dear". Ha Ha!!
It has been 23 years since I have been "in the wind." I start the RIDERITE program saturday. I figured it won't hurt to brush up. I have been reading the forum for weeks and you guys, and gals are fabulous.
