Hi my name is Helen and I just bought a new 2012 hertiage softail her color is big blue pearl SO her name is pearl I am having a problem with not being able to reach the rear brake can any one give me a sugguestion on what to do

Congrats on your new scooter, you say you are having problems reaching your rear brake? help me by explaining the problem a little more! you cant reach it with your foot? the controls are too far forward? your legs arent long enough, please help me out so I can help you fix the problem........thanks randy

If your foot doesn't reach the pedal, you could try a thicker pedal, thicker boot, buy/create a bracket to move the floorboard back, shorten the brake lever itself...lots of options.

Welcome to the forum, i have a Big Blue Pearl 72 so I can tell ya that is a great color, bet your bike looks awesome... Sorry but don't have any advice for you.

Welcome to HDF! Congrats on your new ride. Your dealer should be able to help you fix your problem. Sounds like you might need a seat that moves you up closer and/or a reduced reach rear break lever.

Welcome to the forum from ND. As for the pedal issue, have you looked at the Reach Seat? It moves you both down and forward, it may help.
