Hello to all, I'm Matman, I live generally in the Southeast, but travel as work requires. I've been in the military a while now, done an overseas tour, ride a bike when I'm stateside, and enjoy freedom and beer as much as the next guy! I currently own two bikes (hoping to thin that to one soon), an 06 sportster I bought used as my first bike back in early 09'. I've also just picked up an 05' softail standard. My goal here is to learn what all I can do to make the softail half the bike (aftermarket add ons wise) the sportster is. The guy I purchased the sporty from worked hard to get that bike in tip top performance shape. Now the burdens on me to trick out the softail.
I love to ride and make any and every excuse to ride. If its a one-six hour work trip I'm riding! I've also been known to take off half way across country in the bike as well.
Thanks for the great forum filled with awesome information. I hope to continue to learn here and see what others have going in.
Thanks again for the privilege to read on here and learn from those that are far wiser then myself!
