Howdy
Greetings from S.W. MS. Where we ride year round. Finally done it, had several Metrics, cruisers mostly with a sport tourer throwed in.
Picked up a 09 Ultra Classic in Red Hot Sunglo/Smokey Gold with only 4000 miles, not only my first Harley but its my first red bike, the bike came from the Ft. Worth area.
Pretty much has everything I could add to a bike, Stage 4 Screaming Eagle kit, Bassani Exhaust, Garmin Zumo, ABS, security system, painted inside fairing, drivers backrest, roulette wheels, chrome front end, chrome brake calipers, chrome everywhere, ***** G series chrome covers for every place a cover can be added.
The ad on ebay said the original owner had more money than sense, no offense if you are a member of this board and Thanks a lot.
I mean it....
After a few short rides, the first thing I noticed was how small this bike rides, doesn't feel like a 800 plus pound monster, it handles like a way smaller bike.
At this point there are a couple of things I feel I need to add for my comfort, that would be floor board extenders and highway pegs.
Believe I am really gonna enjoy this bike, think my girlfriend will too, she loves the color.
Probably enough for a first post, have learned alot browsing the site and look forward to learning more and riding more.
