After about 15 or more years, I just got possession of my "new to me" 2010 Dyna Fatbob. It's like new, has about 2500 miles. I now can say it's my KTM 450 Exc's big brother. I come from Canada, and am currently living and working in China. My good friend is a German. He also just got a 2004 wide glide screaming eagle edition.
About me: Been in manufacturing all my adult life, tooling, manufacturing, quality, mostly in automotive parts. Just turned 46, married with 2 daughters.
So we got both bikes yesterday afternoon, they came from some the US auction and were shipped to southern China. We paid a deposit and had them ship to our city in central China. Of course we have been in China a while and we have trust worthy friends. So we opened up the crates yesterday and had very minor assembly to do (handlebar controls, battery connections, etc). Today we quickly finished, checked and topped u[p oil and gas and fired up the bikes. Man, they both sound nice with basically drag pipes. Kinda crappy as it was raining but the tempation was too strong.
