I'm Stu and hoping (fingers crossed) to become the proud owner of a Harley real soon. I have my heart set on an 82 IH sportster, it looks the part and ticks all the boxes in my head as to what a HD is all about.
I can hear some groans about my choice of initial bike and thats fair play but this is essentially a project as I am a disabled rider and will be modifying this to ride left handed. As far as i can see this bike is simple albeit old, accessible to work on and comes with a set of straight bars on it which makes it easier for me to set up a modded right hand grip on.
I really look forward to speaking to many of you on your experiences with your harleys.
