Default What kept me???
Hey everyone, EX Honda rider here. Although the Goldwing was smooth and quiet, it was a pain to drive, literally. Needed something that was comfortable. So I bought a Ultra Classic. 230 smiles, not pain, happy, happy, happy!!! And the wife, ah what's her name, is happy too.

Like I said, what took me so long????

Been there too. A few Wings and one day it became too boring, and the pegs and all. They do have their good points too.
Had the HD in the 80s and came back home.

My first bike was a '49 Pan head Dou Glide (I wish I still had it), then a 56, 68 then a 72. Naval time I went to Japan and bought a 750, still in the crate, sold that and again to Japan and bought a 900 inline 6. Then the Goldwings. Too much pain to sit in one position.
