Default front wheel bearing problem

Installed a new set of factory HD agitators back in March on my 2012 Roadglide, purchased a new ABS bearing, a non-ABS bearing, center spacer and American Elite tire to setup wheel properly. I have been battling a "ice" type uncomfortable feel when corning lately. Setup now has about 1,500 miles on it now I see the wheel has play on the right side (non-abs) when turning left and right in the garage. I took it apart and was able to pull the bearing out by little force with my hand (YIKES!). Seems that the bearing slipped in the wheel and spun on the outer diameter causing the wheel opening to enlarge. I ordered a new replacement Timken 205pp to see if it would fix the problem and its a no go, the new bearing is easily pushed in the wheel with very little resistance by hand.

Anyone have any ideas what to do with this new wheel besides an expensive wall ornament? No warranty on wheels, bought from individual on Ebay but the wheels arrived in the factory boxes, never installed. Positive thing is I think I found the "ice" feeling I have been battling.

who installed the bearings and what did they use to do it. this is why a person should use the correct tool to install these bearings. alot of people use a press and just push them in and that can damage the wheel bore. don't know if this is what happened in your case, but i think that wheel is shot. i'm wondering if the bearing bore could be bored out a little and sleeved ? maybe talk to a machine shop and see what they have to say. it would be nice if someone made a repair kit of some sort for this problem.

This was my install using at pit posse bearing tool kit. I did use anti-sieze on the outer race and wondered if that caused it not to hold to the wheel.

Going to take the wheel to a local bike builder and get his input.
