After seeing pictures yes replace it. When cracking in the lower sidewall like that occurs it needs replaced. That is not weather checking that is a bad tire. You might check Dunlop on warranty for that tire. The age is nto very old to have that type of cracking.

I agree with Twin Cam after see the pictures.

Replace it.

Dunlop Front Tire

The tire I had cracked on both sides just above the rim. One side would hold a credit card in the crack. Tire was only on for 700 miles and had a code date of 2911. After lots of bull they replaced it. Code date on the new one is 1710 which is last yrears. Now been on for a few hundred miles and so far so good. Sooooo not age cracks..

Hmmmmm, thought it was just me. I did replace the tires but ready for another set already, wondering if any of the other manufacturers have the same crack issue near the rim. The replacement tires I bought were Dunlops with no issues to date.
