Ok, so I have looked, but unless I get the wording exactly right, I can find anything on this in the forum. I have a 14 FLHTK and the only "tick" if you will that I have found with the Infotainment system so far is that you have to do things in a very specific order with regards to connecting your phone. I seem to have to connect the phone first, then power on. If I do it the other way around, connecting via USB doesn't work. Even if I turn it off, I have to wait for a while and reset my phone then try again. Also, when I take my phone off of the USB connection, all of the favorites that were set prior to connecting, are now back to being the Weather Band channels. Not sure why. I am running an Iphone 5s with the latest IOs update.
Anyone had any of these issues so far? Know what's up? I am on the latest SW version. Other than that, it is still the best damn thing I have ever owned.
Get a android, I have no issues with connection, jus sayin
Sorry, no can do. I signed a deal with the devil a long time ago, and if for no other reason, music alone would prevent me from being able to switch. Too much $ invested in Itunes.

It's not the phone, my 4s and now 6 has no problems like that. Some of the infotainment systems have issues that can't be explained. I even called MOCO and they had no answers. There is a new iOS update that ame out yesterday, do you have it?

do the current radio update (even if you think its updated I would check your version versus the Harley site number) the WB thing is coming up for a lot of guys and im hoping they come out with another update for that issue. on my iPhone I use the Bluetooth for streaming music and phone stuff (altho I don't use the headset so the phone is ony to see who is calling then hangup to call later) so unless you are wanting to charge your phone I would do it that way for now. paul
Had an I-phone and know a Samsung, no issues with connecting ether phone to the bike. And further more no phone has dropped out of blue tooth once linked.
Do a search for something called "twist-something" and itunes conversion to android. That may make it less painful to avoid the closed iOS that you can't control.
There are a lot of threads about the problems with certain iphones around. Do more of a search and you might find some ideas.
Sorry, I have an android and it syncs quit well. I used to have an older android when I bought my bike. It had problems. It was also already like 4-5 years old, so it was time to upgrade it. I know this doesn't help you any though.
