Guess the feel of the clutch ounce it started working properly didn't bother me i just don't want to hurt the bike or myself if there's something wrong with it. Maybe because it was stored without being run at all for the last couple months?
If you're having any clutch issues with your bike, "DON'T DRIVE IT!" have the dealer come a pick it up to have it checked out. You have a 15 and all hydraulic clutch issues should be fixed. However, there has been plenty of service bulletin recalls on the 14's to have the clutch repaired. I was a eye witness to a 14 Ultra Ltd smashing into the side of the garage wall because of the clutch failure. This was a bike that was built after the recalls were issued. (except for the brake line pinch/secure recall) HD covered the damage 100%. But I wouldn't be out riding in traffic knowing my clutch might fail.
It's new and under warranty. And I'm sure with all the previous clutch issues, the dealer would be glad to pick it up.

I appreciate the advise and knowing there may be an issue I can deal with it long enough to get it to them. Taking it after work today I'll post my results.
Harley Davidson has been putting hydraulic clutches in the CVO bikes for years... Obvious upgrade over cable... Or why would the top of the line bikes get them?
I had a 2008 VROD VRSCAW that had the hydraulic slipper clutch and never had any problems with it also. Unfortunately cant say the same experience with the 2015 Ultra Low.
