That should be even quicker than having to disassemble and pull a single switch out. Right? At worst they have to fish the other end of the wires out and re-run them, but I wouldn't imagine that would take them too long.

There are no longer individual switches... They are all part of the switch pack for each side

Buddy of mine has a 15 RG. Was talking with him the other day about the recall, his bike is affected. Also found out that 3 weeks after purchase (he bought it end of 2014 nov or dec) his trip button doesn't do anything/doesn't work at all. I was wondering how long it would be until i started to see other people with the same issue. His doesn't have the intermittent DIAG message though.

I notice that the windshield on the RK can amplify the engine noise where I never heard it much on my Low Rider.

The button and odometer window don't give me trouble on my '15 RK, but the speedometer needle occasionally goes wonky. It may read much faster or slower than actual speed, yet the odometer racks up miles accurately. Anyone seen this yet? Diags show no fault codes.

It truly does. Take the windshield off and you won't hear a thing.
