Went out for a 100+ mile cruise today and it was off by at least 10 degrees high. It seems like it's always at 77 degrees no matter what. I have seen it change but ever since I did the bars it seems off. Not sure what the bars had to do with it tho because that sensor is not near where I had to monkey with things.
This is the first Harley ever gives me accurate time, mph, odo and temp. It's on the left side on the goose neck you will see a wire connects to it from the front of the gas tank and other end has no wire just a little white nub. There should be one big wiring harness fiber sleeve and right underneath is temp sensor wire by it self in a split loom.
