Default First time PV install today and condensation..?

Hi Guys,
Couple of thoughts to discuss, I purchased my kit from FM recently RHR slip ons, FM breather and PV2. FM pre loaded a map onto the PV unit for me.
Today I completed my install, pipes and breather no worries but the PV2 - is it really that easy or have I missed something.
As instructed I connected the unit, did the pairing exercise, asked to flash a custom tune, found only the one in the library, does this look familiar 15-103-AC-STKHPSO-MA ??
I went to see if there were others, the PV unit has the original file kept if I want to reload that, so I'm assuming I successfully loaded the Custom tune,(did the off 10 second thing), and mainained the original in the library.....?

I took the bike for a 4 mile spin and yes its feels a bit punchier and TBH and improvement when crawling, I thought in stock form keeping the revs down made the bike lumpy. However one thing that stood out most was condensation from the LH pipe....I hadnt witnessed this before but gotta say there was quite a lot. Anyone else noticed this?

Cheers

Sounds like you did everything right with the PV. That's all there is to it. Now, it is capable of much more, but if you just want to load a tune and go it is quite simple, as you saw.

Not familiar with any condensation issues. I've never had any. It doesn't sound alarming but I would be curious to learn what is causing it.

Enjoy your new mods!

My thoughts on the condensation is the temp in the left muffler and pipe is not as hot as the right side. What heat that's created going into the left side before the x pipe cools as it travels under and out the left side, causing condensation.

Mine does it with stock exhaust as well.

Thanks Guys, a bit of peace of mind goes some way at times.

Took the bike for a much longer ride today, no discernable condensation on start up today, (odd>?), could have been down to the strat short engine run I did yesterday following the PV2 install.

The map FM gave me feels pretty good, no decel popping, good throttle response, tickover at 1k steady, fuel seems similar but I do seem to get a sniff of it immediately following opening the throttle wide....of course that could be simple paranoia ....

Off on a 600m round trip at the weekend with some good euro roads. Perhaps next up I will start to begin to look at the basic autotune procedure.

Cheers
