For the love of God ,
will someone figure out how to turn off the radio without holding the button for three secons!!!

Mute it or turn the volume down all the way... same as off? or hammer.

Trade it on a Road King, they don't have that issue.

I'd try to come up with a solution for you, but I'm too busy shutting down my radio. If I could only get that 3 seconds of my life back.

Maybe 1.19.1 will address this irritating issue, when/if it comes out. At least I hope so!

Or how 'bout once you turn it off, then it's off whenever you start the bike until you turn it back on - like every other radio on earth.

That is how mine works, 7 out of 10 times.

3 second hold for shut down may stay because the same button is used for pause with a 1 second press.
