I looked for a while, HD is basically the only game in town for that. On the bright side, you can basically attach any accessory to it. I have my Motolights on a button, looking to add accent lighting to the other.

when you use that kit does it turn on power to the plug under the left side cover? Im looking to have control over power in the fairing and dont want to run wires from the side back up to the fairing.
Yes. The power activation is handled by the computer. You connect the Y-harness to the plug under the left side cover creating aux-1 and aux-2; install the buttons in the dash. The wiring between the two already exists.
The only tools you should need are a hex key for the dash trim, and a screwdriver to mount the switches. Everything else is plug and play. You will have to run wiring from the Y-harness to whatever accessory you want to power. Depending on the accessory, the manufacturer may already have the appropriate harness as part of the kit (Motolight did)
For my Motolight install, I did have to run the Motolight provided harness under the tank dash panel to get power to the lights themselves, but that was pretty easy.

There's already a switched power connector inside the fairing (on/off w/IGN) but it's not switchable independent of the IGN. Don't know what you're trying to do, but you can punch a hole in the inner fairing & wire/mount switch of your choice from the available power connector in the fairing. Otherwise you'll need to bring the wires forward from the ACCY harness under the side cover switched via the BCM.
BTW - ACCY harness is changed (again) on the '14 & '18 models.
I've been looking everywhere to determine what options are available for these switch blanks and this is a breath of fresh air. Holy cow; Harley is proud of those switches, aren't they? You'd think there would be another option out there by now ...

The individual switches are reasonably priced. The switches themselves are either momentary or latching on/off devices that plug into the switchpack module. The big cost is for the switchpack module. It's a CANbus device that communicates digitally with the BCM and/or ECM, followed by the harness with wiring & connectors.
I have the switches on my RGU for the fog lights. Recently mine wouldn't latch to the on position. I have heard of this happening to others with this switch system. I took mine off the dash and squirted some contact cleaner into it and shook it around. It started working properly after I dumped the excess cleaner back out of it. Installed it back on the bike and all is good.

So what you are saying is that the ignition switch has to be on for these switch banks to work? I was hoping to use one of the accessory switches in the kit to control LED accent lights that can be on when the bike is parked. Cannot do it?
