IMO, yes and no. They have Rushmore features, but have the M8 engine so they are more so referred to as Milwaukee eights as opposed to Rushmores. That said, Rushmores started in 14 and Milwaukee eights started in 17. Just my uneducated opinion.
The Rushmore designation referred to multiple changes made to the 2014 touring platform to "improve rider comfort." One of those changes was the introduction of Twin Cooling. Harley has actually contributed to the confusion of what is and what isn't a Rushmore bike. Just a suggestion. Two Rushmore generations of touring bikes:Rushmore Twin Cams (2014-2016), Rushmore M8s (2017-2020). Just a suggestion.
