Boombox gts update issue

Installed latest map NA-MY2024-1 and it wiped out all my navigation software… now when I check software versions for all navigation software it says Navigation is not available. Note I’ve updated map software several times in the past with no issues… when I retried loading new map software all I get is Authenticating update image. Remove USB device to cancel. I called customer support and they had me reload GTS software and try loading map update agin… no help. They said go to Harley Dealer…. I called my dealer and they didn’t have a clue but said bring it in and they would see what they could find…
Has anyone else had this issue installing new paid map update…
I have the GTS radio and I paid for this update… I’m thinking it could be a corrupted file that was downloaded on the HD Toolbox…

I exported the data to my USB drive.
I used the toolbox and it downloaded the available update.
Plugged in the USB drive and switched to accessory. It found the available update on the drive and click to install now. The unit reboot it appears and just shows a blank screen. Left for an hour. YouTube videos I watch take typically 10 minutes and provides visuals on the screen.
So after the hour I bail on the update and turn off the system. Turning back on is just a blank screen. I finally found that if I leave the drive out and hold down on the soft power/mute button it will come to a screen that says to insert the drive with the update and press retry. You can't get to any other screen. Inserting the driving and pressing retry just goes to the blank screen again.
Anyone experience this. I used to be an IT engineer and now in cyber security, so I understand technology pretty well. Just no experience with this particular product.

Hey Rodc55 I did the update to MY24 on my GTS radio about a week ago and it worked as expected. I would try reformatting your USB stick (or using a different
one). Have you let it complete the authenticating image process to see what it reports? If that doesn't work I would re-install the previous map and go from there.

Update: Tried a new thumb drive to load the new MY24 maps… still No navigation or maps… Found my thumb drive that had MY22 map update on it and tried to download that to GTS radio and it acted like it worked but still No navigation and says (navigation is not available) for Navigation Software, Map Database n Dealer Database….
