I thought the same thing it is only good for a week. Go into subscription if it says unsubscribed you have to call to get it activated phone # and radio # will be on the screen.

I am right with you. I have cracking and popping all the time.

I was getting the popping on FM when I first picked up the bike. It seems to have gotten much better though. I can't believe a dealer would say it is distortion. DUH!
I had an issue yesterday streaming Bluetooth from iphone. It was working great then all of a sudden wouldn't play. These 6.5 radios seem to be extremely buggy.

The 6.5 audio system was little twitchy, several times it froze up and required a complete cycle of the ignition to unfreeze it. seemed to be related to advancing songs with left controls The sound was great and the controls worked well. I did not care for the relocation of the CB Switch to the a right side, I have big hands and found it hard to reach. I also found that the squelch was inadvertently changed if care was not given to push the Push to Talk button straight down. also had nav turn on by itself

If you go into audio setup there are volume settings for every seperate function the radio performs. Mine did the same thing. When the gps was giving me a direction the music would stop and there would be dead air. The volume was turned all the way down for the gps.

Thanks for the GPS tip! I did not realize there were separate volume controls. Will check this out.

Still cannot find the GPS volume. When I go to audio set up all I see is treble, base, and fade. How do I get to GPS volume?

I got it. GPS volume is hidden in the "prompts" area.
