You my friend, are a genius! That did the trick (almost). I also had to turn off iMessage so all my incoming messages were SMS. Thank you. It is pretty cool how it reads the texts!
I do it the old fashion way. Turn motorcycle Bluetooth off. Check phone calls and text messages when I stop. I do not want the distraction.
Better yet, we should all be turning off the phones, throwing them deep into a saddlebag, and enjoying not being tethered to the world for a short time. Personally, I find myself slightly addicted to my phone...I'm forever grabbing it to check email, weather, news, etc. It's a bad habit I've vowed to fix this year. That said, I'm glad I figured out how to use the bikes phone features. It was driving me nuts not being able to do what it said it could do.
