Now I remembered that it actually reminds me of the indian scout custom by tank machine which I like a lot.

 

So the original seat was un comfortable & that chunk of shoe leather on springs is an improvement? either way its a nice looking bike! that scout above is badass!

 

 

rbouillion - above are pics of the seat — if you want it I’ll mail it to u. You’d have to tie the two back together somehow, but I’m sure you can make it work while you’re doing a custom recover of yours.
