Got the bags, side panels and chin scoop color matched. One step closer to being "done." Pleased with the outcome on the color match and the chin scoop.
My mistake. The brake pedal reference was posted to you by another member. I found his explanation. He found it a pain to install the floorboard brackets on the brake side due to the exhaust creating access issues. Sorry about that.

Ah, ok, no problem. Yeah, I didnt remember having any trouble, besides getting the Heritage brackets first and having to return them for the Fat Boy brackets because they werent wide enough. The shifter needed a bit of adjustment but it wasnt a big deal, as far as I remember.
I am thinking of adding floorboards to my Sport Glide. Did you have to modify/replace the brake pedal when you put your ons?
Fat-Boy complete assemblies fit straight on (boards and brackets), your shifter rod/linkages work (after height adjustment) fine and no brake issues other than you may need to raise your peddle slightly by adjusting the master cylinder push rod.
One word of advice = make sure your star drive/torx bits fit well and are good quality as the bracket bolts will be tight....

All good advice. I would just add that you can use whatever footboards you like as long as you use the Fat Boy brackets (I preferred the Heritage boards and they fit the same).
