Hi all. Well I finally got the rear wheel back after some shenanigans with the wheel builder and I must admit to being pretty happy with the result. Still having thoughts regarding the front mudguard/fender and modding a V-Rod Muscle guard to see how that turns out......
16x5" rear rim as per the oem Harley wheel and tyre dimensions and the rear fender is stock....
The rims both front and rear are Harley Smoothies, they were an upgrade for the stock spoked rims on some Harley models..(however not a straight forward swap on the FLSB)
So I ordered a Saddlemen SDC Pro Gripper Seat with Lumbar support 2 days ago. I will be hanging the Saddlemen Explorer seat up till the wife wants to get on the back (3 years and she has no interest).
thank you. does it affect any on bike's handling? (I assume stock was 130/70B18?)
No idea whether its me, the wheels or just the tyres-----she never was bad in the handling department, but now she's (appears) even better,
Just have to sort the front fender out now,,,,make a change or lower the stock guard....

Looks very nice. I wish i could install 150/80 front tire, but fender is too narrow

I'm interested to see how you like the new seat. I like the size and height of my tall boy seat but it get's old readjusting my rear-end every time I pull away from a stop.
