Yeah! Pretty sure the only vehicles up that way during the winter are snowmobiles!

A lot of people say they can ride in cold weather with less gear, but they are just doing short trips. I can ride 8+ hours with my setup. I have more than 80,000 miles this year so being comfortable on the bike is super important. Access to the battery isn't as bad as it looks. You just have to take your time and understand that if you are working too hard you are doing it wrong. Everything fits in there real easy if you use the right procedure. If you need any more details just let me know!

80 000 miles in one year?

Very cool! You're retired? I wanna be able to ride that much!

I do a lot of riding for a living, most I've done in a year is 50K, and not that much every year.

I'm kinda retired.

I feel busier now than when I was working.

I hear that a lot...still, I'd rather be retired.

Retirement is not over-rated, but I am not very good at it. I am now in my fourth semi-retirement.

Just saw research today that says people who retire at 55 live to 80 on average, while those who retire at 65 mostly die at 67...

lets wrap this **** up soon and ride boys.
