Replaced front and rear O&E Dunflops with Metzler ME888 Marathon Ultra"s. Milage at 9500+ . Finally got alignment and belt tension correct and no more rear end roar at 35 to 45 mph! Thanks to Dale's motorcycle repair in Daytona Beach! I'm liking the Metzler's so far.
Im Max and I just got my 2020 Softail Heritage FLHCS last Wednesday. My First Harley but Ive had metric bikes since I was a kid. Dirt, street, rockets and cruisers. Then I Test rode a Dyna Wide Glide on a whim and that was all she wrote. I knew I had to buy a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Nearly 20 H-D test rides later on different Softail versions and I fell in love with the Heritage. Im 6 4 and this is the first machine Ive ridden that truly Felt right. I rode over 200 miles this weekend!
My first mod will be a taller windshield once the glass comes in. Who wouldve guessed that the effing pandemic wouldve caused a plexiglass shortage!!??
Next is the engine guard (on order) and saddlebag guards that Im gonna try to install myself.
Anyway, so glad to find a group of like kind machines to hash stuff over with. Obligatory Dealer Pic.

You picked out a great bike! I've done a few mods to my Heritage, listed in the link below my signature pic. It still looks pretty much like the day I got it.
Beautiful bike, I love mine and I am sure you will love yours. The hardest thing about installing the engine guards is getting the plastic plugs out of the mounting holes and get someone to help hold it while you line up the screws.
