I'm going to be putting a HD garage door opener on the bike and I have to wire the white wire to the blue/white wire , The wire is in middle of ( i believe )of the main harness under the seat , so I have disconnect it to work on it , other then removing the main fuse is there anything I have to be a where off , And how hard is it to disconnect with breaking it , Don't want to throw any error codes

The yellow with a red stripe is your accessory wire. Both wires run to the headlight and can be accessed under the fuel tank just behind the steering head.
