So, another demo ride today. This time the Street Glide then back to the Fat Bob. The Street Glide felt too heavy at stops to me. More comfortable, but less excitement.
Fat Bob is the plan.
When I buy are there any mods you would say MUST be done?
I like the idea of the quick detach windshield for when I want it, bar end mirrors, maybe cruise control, and probably pipes.
Also, how much of a difference does rotating those drag bars affect the feel of the bike?

Thank you!
Exhaust, plate relocation. Everything else you can figure out after. I got a tall windshield with the memphis shades fairing and will have to either figure out a way to stop the buffeting or keep using the 7 inch windshield.

I would say either riser extensions or a taller riser/bar set up will probably be high on your list after pipes and what not. It will make the riding position more comfortable.
The mirrors are a bit of a pain to see behind u with the stock bars. Requires a head tilt to get a full view. The bars a bit higher make it 1000% better but I guess if you get bar end mirrors, that may solve the mirror issue.
As far as rotating the bars, I rotated mine back a bit and it helped make my hand position more comfortable. Didn't have much effect on the overall feel of the bike.
Ride her for a while in stock form and you will learn which mods you want to do first pretty quickly to make it better and yours.
