Got my wheels on finally and I was not expecting the carbon fiber to change the handle too much but wow it made a very noticeable diff. The gyroscopic effect at highway speed is pretty much gone. the bike just tips in and out like a dirt bike at 90mph. Also at slow speed I dont feel the heavy front wheel like the stock wheel and tire setup.
They look sweet! Are they the same size of the stock wheels? Thanks for the report. I've been thinking about going this route as well. Sounds like they make a bit of a difference.

So to get the overall height the same as stock I went with a 17x3.5 front with a 140/75 17 tire and an 18x5.5 rear with a 180/55 18. I wanted v rated radials so only tire options were night dragons and avon cobras. Brocks also has the rear in 17in.
i was really pleasantly surprised how much of a diff it actually made.

Thanks for the info! Your ride is looking really good there. Keep up the good work.

Love the wheels but I find the sizing looks awkward on the FatBob. I miss the chunky tire look. Nice to have something different. Enjoy!
Anyone have suggestions on bars/risers? I'm looking into some taller bars with a little more pullback.
I'm not really a fan of t-bars. I like z bars or mini ape type, but I'm more partial to the sqared joints on z type bars. I'm looking to have my hand position be 4-6 inches higher, and 1-2 inches farther back.
If you have pictures of your setup, particularly if you went with different risers, any input would be appreciated.
