How many miles can you go per gas tank fill up with a stage 2? Im currently getting 130miles or so per fill up on stock 21 Fat Bob. Getting ready to to do a stage 2 but leery on even worse mileage. Dont want to spend the money on a stage 2 if I cant even ride for 2hrs on the highway before fill up. Thinking about trading in for a 22 Low Rider S.

I still get an average of 47 mpg on Stage II, if I ride moderately.

I get between 200 and 255 miles per tank, because I upgraded to a 5-gallon tank. You might want to look at that if you're otherwise happy with the Fat Bob and just wanting more range. It's the best mod I ever did.

you guys have the stock licence plate hanging by the left rear indicator correct?
In Europe there's a metal piece attached to the frame with the plate behind the rear wheel.Apologies if ypu have the same. The wiring runs down the swing arm in through the under seat cover I think.
thanks for the advice on the fender leaving the support brackets on.Bike N Bird on youtube scratched his r fender by removing the support brackets so this should avoid this.
Also.....is it possible to use the connection for brake light switch for a rear tail/brakeihht like the lne from custom dynamics? So there would be no licence plate light then.Is this possible?I dont want to splice into the stock wiring.
Hey everyone, new to the site having just picked up an almost new '22 FB. My first Harley, having owned bikes of all types and makes for many years. Can't wait to dive into these threads and see what everyone has done to there rides.
So far mine is fairly stock except for S&S slip-ons and a Mustang seat:

Welcome.Nice bike.I have the same bike/colour and it's my first Harley too.
How do you find the mustang solo seat?

The Mustang touring seat is incredibly comfortable, as well as the passenger pillion that isn't pictured. The bike also came with a Speed Merchant (step up style) that I find gives my giraffe legs a bit more room. For that reason I'm leaning toward sticking with the SM and selling the Mustang combo to help finance other goodies. If legroom wasn't an issue I'd stick with the Mustang due to better comfort and solo/2up versatility.
