Sissy bar options seem to be few and far between for these bikes.
I first bought the quick detachable one from Cobra (in the picture) but it doesn't offer much support and my wife starts complaining about 45 minutes into the ride about a sore back.
I decided to buy a super nice looking custom job from a guy on Etsy but at this point, I'm not sure if I'm going to actually receive it.
Anybody have any recommendations for a sissy bar/backrest that looks good and offers back support for the passenger?
Just a few things I upgraded over the last 2 days. Experimented with soldering and heat shrink tubing as well. Turned out great. The Kodlins were a pain in the *** to install but overall look greatDK Customs tag relocation bracketKodlin 3-1 rear signalsCustom Dynamics led rear brake light
Overall I'm really liking how it turned out. Stock front brake upper line and clutch cable were long enough as were all the internal wiring. No extensions needed even with my CJ Designs 2.5" riser extensions on the stock risers

The only thing I still need to work out is the throttle grip has a bit of play do to not being able to push the master cylinder housing and switch housing in far enough. I will need to Dremel just bit 1/16" or so to allow it to move in just a bit more.
I like those bars, Cal.Fat Bob! Nice job. Performance Machine makes some nice mirrors, VG quality, that are smaller than stock & provide good rear vis., at least for me.
Ride safe!

Thanks @Softaildale I will have to look into those mirrors. This bike has a been a fun project for sure.
You and I are on the same wave length, I just ordered a set of V&H Mini.Gs, I have a question you may be able to help me with about mounting the Dougz mini fairing. I was wondering what the bolt tightening spec was on the fork bolt.

So for those that have a bit of slope after installing aftermarket grips I fixed mine with adding two 1" strips of this wrapped around the bars under the grips. It comes in 5mil and 10mil thick (I used 5mil)
Super sticky adhesive and super slick Polyethene (Teflon) tape on the other side. The slope is all gone and works perfectly.
