I did short shots on my 2019 and used the FP3 with no problems at all... if you get issues with the downloaded map then you can auto-tune to sort out any glitches.
Standard air filter is High flow so should be ok but can replace with K& N if you fancy it and possibly more airflow but not convinced
Has anyone had luck locating high quality black caps for the riser bolts and front forks? Somebody on eBay was making some nice ones a couple years ago but no longer.
Anybody ever notice fluid on the shock ****? 900 miles on this bike and I noticed this when I got to work yesterday. Its not alot but Im wondering where it came from. I dont see anything around the rear head or see a leak that could drip backwards. Im about to take the seat and side cover off to keep looking but I thought Id ask. Ill take it in and let HD look at it under warranty but wanted to see if it was a known issue
My bike has decided to do something similar..
Only advice I have been given is a best guess that its spray from the air cleaner, although the air cleaner is bone dry.
Someone else did an identical post in the Facebook 2018+ FatBob group and neither of us got any replies from people haveing the same issue.
Advise please if you have had this issue your self or dealt with it.
Hi Mate,
I think you and I are following each other around the forums and Facebook groups.
Had loads of good advise about mist from the oil breather pipe in the air cleaner from the M* engine section but on further leakage and inspection this morning I think we are in the same boat and it appears to be the rear shock around the shock adjuster.
Have you had any more information and have you spoken to Harley under your warranty as mine is over two year so cant take it to them with out a big bill so the more i know first the better...
