Mine has been doing the same thing. Not sure if its normal or not. This mornings ride, my Bob was idling consistently at about 900 RPMs. So perhaps its just breaking in? We'll see.

Maybe it is the break in, I should probably put on 1-2k KM on the bike and then see if things settle.
What did you do, hit a curb?? Different tire profile. The Bridgestone's tread area is a bit wider than the OE Dunlops..........but yes, you are correct!!!! I can do better!!!!
