That looks great! I just received my Spartan fairing. I'm not a pro painter and I've never done a wrap. How hard was it to get the wrap on cleanly? Debating wrap vs Colorrite spray can kit.
I am not an expert by any means, watched a few YouTube vids and went for it. The hand guards and Dougz was pretty simple. I also did the side covers, and those were a bit trickier. Does takes patience. I chose wrap vs. paint because I can take it off if needed, and also like the look of carbon fiber, especially against the denim.
Got my wheels on finally and I was not expecting the carbon fiber to change the handle too much but wow it made a very noticeable diff. The gyroscopic effect at highway speed is pretty much gone. the bike just tips in and out like a dirt bike at 90mph. Also at slow speed I dont feel the heavy front wheel like the stock wheel and tire setup.
Gar, what is the name/link to that foot brake lever?? Also was that a direct bolt on for the OEM one??
I have a heavy breather like you and cant reach the foot brake. lol

Very nice fellas, lots of great lookin' Fatties out there for sure.
I do agree that you need to ride one for a while to figure out what you really want to change. For anyone in the +200 pound club, a new saddle is in your future, trust me it will make your life mucho better!
I'm still just running a stage one and loving it, but see a camshaft upgrade in the near future.
Thanks for all the great info.
Ride safe!
It looks as though the new Low Rider S is the bike we all want our Fat Bob's to become. USD forks and brakes from the Bob, 114 motor, 18 and 19 inch wheels offering a greater range of grippy performance tyres, cafe race fairing and a passing hint of 70's XLCR
