I think that is the Thunderbike or Ricks ( both are the same ) headlight cowl,

The cowl is off my pretty much stock night rod special on my avatar.

I'm still looking to buy someone's take off headlight from their 2019-21 breakout, fxdr, or whatever else comes with this light.

I want to bolt it onto my night rod special.
