PV is not worth it, FP3 will do fine for just a intake and exhaust tune, I know I have both of them and bought a new FP3 to exchange the PV on my FXFBS. If you want a autotune
with the PV you need to mount it on the handlebar and looks as stupid as gps and this for as long the tune take time. We can go on and on about this but in my opinion is the FP3
the best and easiest tune out there with a good support from V&H.
Good God! What a HUGE difference over the SE Pro Street Tuner! The initial start up is even smoother, bike fires up and rapidly establishes a warm up rpm that is steady and lower that before. Throttle response is SO DIFFERENT it feels like a different bike! Initial ride revealed a much healthier feel on acceleration!
As Ive said before, Im no stranger to the FP3, this is the third bike Ive tuned with one. It is extremely detectable while riding that I now have a far better tune than what SE can provide. I know that HD had to satisfy the EPA but in doing so I believe they are preventing motors from running at a healthy manner.
Correct, so far I am just running with the canned map for exhaust and intake. When weather permits I will run an auto tune, I just hope that isnt in four months! Boy, do I hate winter! In the mean time, I know the motor is happier today than it was yesterday!

Let's have a look at what V&H calls the Air Fuel Ratio table. Please do a screen grab of it and post it here. This table is the desired or target air/fuel ratio. The ECU uses this number to calculate how much fuel to spray.
This fuel table is what the EPA forces H-D to keep locked down.
I would really like to see how V&H fueling compares to H-D. Let's see the difference. I can easily do a comparison to the Street Tuner and post it. If it is interesting, we could compare some other tables too.
