Hi guys
i would appreciate some help on few small issues I am dealing with on my 2019 Heritage.
1. I notice what I believe to be belt noise when deceleration around 30 mph. I aligned the wheels before and I can twist the belt about 45degree at measuring point which make me believe tension is not too tight. Still annoying noise. When I cruise and pull clutch while slowing down all is nice and quiet just at certain speed in gear I hear it.
2. Any ideas what might cause some rattling sound in my front end around triple tree cover while hitting bumps on this model?
3. Have a bit of a weird noise when slowing down when front end dive kinda like squeak of some kind. Nothing major but I can hear it.
4. While installing riser I accidentally dented the tank (about dime size) on the opposite side of the clamp from brake line on triple tree cover. No paint damage just small indentation. Wonder if this can be repaired as paintless dent repair?
5. Speedo fogging I ave seen post to drill tiny hole in the back that should fix it did anyone tried it?
Thats all issues I got with this bike that I try to investigate. Any tips would be appreciated
I had the noise on deaccleration at the same speed that you have.Took it in and they said that I had a sticker on the belt, removed and adjusted belt.Noise was gone until today now I have a noise in all of the gears on deaccleration.I am going to take to my Indy and see if he can figure it out.
