They replaced my speedo on my 18 Heritage, the new one did it too. My 20 Heritage also fogs up. It seems to happen on hot sunny days. Oh wait, that's every time I ride. Don't know where our other S Fl friend lives but we only get no humidity days twice a year.
I look down to see what speed I’m going to set the cruise control. I look at the fuel gauge when I know I’m getting close to needing fuel. Other than that, I don’t look at the tach, the actual mileage, either trip mileage readouts or the clock. The gauge on my ‘20 Heritage Classic has had condensation from day one. I live with it.

I never said NO humidity, I said low humidity and then added in response "low humidity for South Florida". Where I live is in my information, no secret.
I ride in the rain all the time as well as sunny days, very few times do I have any.
Ultimately the condensation wetting and drying will stain the inside of the glass bezel and look like crap. Every Harley I've owned since 1998 has done this and Ive replaced the gauges with after market despite loving the look of the Harley Gauges. I never had issues with pre 90's bikes. Oh wait now Im dating myself! Blahahahaha
I bought a used 2019 FLHCS in 2022 and it's done the "condensation dance" under any and all weather conditions in the Northeast. Since HD sadly does nothing about this issue, I decided to pack 3-4 "Gel Silica Desiccant" packets under the speedo unit. Problem solved!
However, the speedo will start condensing again in about a month, so placing the packets in the microwave for 1 minute reactivates them. Even if in a sealed package however, they only have a shelf life of 1-year. Buy new ones.
