How are people being jerks, pointing out that this has been their practice for several years now?
Your first post was a rant about something that, were you educated before you went out and bought $1000 worth of parts, you wouldnt have done so.

so as I'm getting older I've done the last 20 yrs on ultras but I'm done touring. So I trade my 13 ultra on a new 2020 street bob. We are waiting for front controls and I get my stimulus check, sweet!! Imma gonna splurge so I research exhaust and decide on the Bassani 2 into 1 in black with a fuel pac 3 and air leaner, I take all the parts as I figure while we're waiting for the forward controls I'll have them put the new stuff on. I go to do some paperwork and they hand me a waiver saying my warranty is void if I put aftermarket parts on my bike!!!! WTF!!!! So now I have $1000 worth of parts I can't use. I find this outrageous and I will be telling everyone I know think twice about getting a new Harley.

The only thing that will void warranty is the tuner. Just flash back the stock map before bringing it in, or get the HD SEPST until warranty is over. What I did. Ive had no warranty issues. And also the warranty guy listed above is good from what I hear. Wouldnt know Ive messaged over the last year a few times with no response

True story. I was working as a Service Manager for an HD dealership when they got hit with that $15million EPA fine.
