Default O2 sensor - Power Commander V

Hello All 🇬🇧

Original on my bike now 12mm

18mm on mini G’s

I’ve just joined after reading these threads for a while now to get answers so have a question of my own so thought I would sign up.
I’ve just bought a 2019 Breakout FXBRS and just fitted mini grenades as my first Mod. The Bungs are larger than what was on the originals so I'm just looking to buy 18mm to 12mm reducers.
Before I do this, can I do away with the O2 sensors and just buy blanking bungs?
I have a Power Commander V to fit, in my head I’m thinking remove the O2 sensors then install the power Commander V and then run the mapping programmes which in turn will set the bike up to run without the O2 sensors?
Or…. Should I continue to use the O2 sensors even with the Power Commander V?
Cheers in advance for any advice

Skiboy76, seems like you might as well use the O2 sensors. I wouldn't think a tune that eliminates that input would get you any extra power, and there is some benefit in keep them since the bike's ECM was designed to monitor O2 in the head pipes. The tune will Power Commander tune will still keep the A/F ratio where it should be for performance.
