Apologies if this is a stupid question but can anyone tell me how to disable the immobiliser on my '22 LRS when the bike is being trailered?
I've got it over-wintering in a friend's workshop. I took it there on a trailer and as soon as it moved, the alarm system was triggered. I haven't got it on audible but the indicators were flashing all the way. Didn't matter as it was only a couple of miles up the road. But I'm moving house in the spring and it's a two and a half hour drive away. I've got two bikes to move so they'll be going on a trailer. I don't want to have the ignition on all the way there or have the the system flashing the lights the whole time.
My KTM doesn't do this. The immobiliser/alarm isn't triggered unless the wheels are turning, but the Harley goes off with any movement.
