I expect your ‘25 CVO would have same.
Yeah Max,, forgot you have the connection built in on your CVO. Should have no issues; however, still a good idea to have extra fuses just in case.

Yea, I wouldn’t have even said that out loud.

Something I just noticed, because I am kind of fuming about these gloves.

The jacket I received was brand new, but I just noticed that it has different looking Gerbing logo on it than what was on the picture and what it’s showing on their website.

Their website jackets (what I also ordered from them via Amazon) shows silver G logo on the jacket. Mine has red Gerbing word logo.

Those of you who wear these, does it matter? Or did I just get older version?

I wouldn't have to if they had their sizing listed correct.

Are you sure you actually ordered from Gerbing off Amazon? There is a lot of counterfeit stuff being sold on Amazon and eBay. I make sure it's a trusted source when purchasing from Amazon, I don't use eBay.

Gerbing goes both ways with their red and grey logo.
Their base wear and their gloves often have the red logo.
The jackets often have the grey.
So all by itself, neither color would concern me.
That said, there are plenty of fake knockoffs out there. If you bought it from a legit seeming vendor, you probably have the real gear. If you bought it from a vendor who's name is giberish, the chances of it being fake are increased.

I am familiar with different sellers on Amazon. I bought it from The Warming Store, which is legitimate place.

I did notice when I go to other listings for the "same" jacket, I see a notification on top that I "purchased another variation of it". So I called Gerbing and they informed me that the picture of the jacket on Amazon, and even on their own website (the one with silver G logo) is about 3 years old. The new design is the one with red logo, which is what I received.

I feel better now lol

Well, I have everything except my shoe inserts. Unfortunately, FedEx blows and for some reason, they are ALWAYS late in my area. Anyways, I tested gloves, jacket liner and pant liner. Boy, where was this stuff all my life? I did the ride test in high 30s temps. When I turned everything to the max, it was so damn hot, that I had to turn it down. The bluetooth thing is great. I don't know if I would go without it. The thought of digging out the controller from the jacket pocket in those bulky gloves gives me nightmares.

Few things:

Jacket liner: Probably the best item from them all. From fit to quality of the jacket, it's a really nice piece. Material is very nice, fit is true to size and when it fits your correctly, it's not as bulky under the jacket as you would think.
Pant liner: I wish this was more like a long underwear fit. This thing ads to bulk, especially if you don't have sized up jeans. I usually wear jeans that are not baggy (straight or slim cut - depending on the brand) and wearing this pant liner under the jeans ads a lot of bulk. It's doable, but I think having dedicated jeans that are maybe size larger to wear this would be the way to go.
Gloves: The V4 gloves are nice. I did wish the part that goes over the sleeves would be a little wider. Managing cables sucks, especially when you are trying to situate them inside your sleeve to not bother you. Sometimes the connector sits itself in a way that you can really feel it, especially with everything zipped up. So, practice it at home and get some kind of system going.

I have a question about connection. I purchased Y splitter, two zone power adapter and Bluetooth controller. At first, I was little confused how to make it all work properly with my pants, so I plugged it in this way:

From the jacket: Jacket and Gloves plugs into Y splitter to the zone one in the controller
Pants directly into zone two in the controller

What I found was that gloves didn't heat up in that configuration? I thought I could manipulate how I want things split with the Y cable? Everything seemed to work when I connected as it was displayed on my pants insert diagram: From the jacket: Jacket to the zone one on the controller. From the jacket: Gloves to zone two on the controller and then pants would connect to the accessories plug into the jacket. In this configuration, I can control gloves and pants with one **** and jacket with another.

Why wouldn't Y splitter work then?

Overall, happy with the product. However, dealing with The Warming Store thought me that they sell used **** as new. Not a very honest practice in my opinion. I paid for new ****, not some used gear with someone's sweat in it. Two pair of gloves arrived without any packaging, clearly used for a while. I am returning all of them and buy directly from smaller place like Law Abiding Biker to support them instead.

maxxym you bring up a good point. In the late eighties I bought a Widder Lectric vest and that has been good enough for the cold weather I ride in around here, especially once I got a bike with heated grips and a good fairing. A while back I got a good deal on a Gerber jacket lining and heated gloves for riding the nekkid bikes in cold weather. I got the two **** wired controller; I can't say I'd use the stuff enough to justify the wireless unit.

When you mention adding a third component like pant liners or heated footgear, it almost seems like you'd need another controller in order to balance everything out. Hopefully someone that uses all that gear could chime in on how to balance it out.
